- the previous person in charge has reoriented himself.Now my boss wants to make some changes in the ticket overview and I can not get it and hope that I get help here.
I have renamed these three settings:

I've already tried inserting the three positions in DashboardBackend, but only columns without values appear.
I would be happy about every solution.
