Hi there,
Currently I am testing OTRS system. My company wanted to a tag tickets depending on (multiple) fault cause(s) and generate a report later on all tickets filtered by fault cause.
I tired to achieve it via service field but I can only assign single service to a ticket. Any idea about how to assign multiple service to the ticket?

Hi,
That's not possible with the service field. Try if a Dynamic Field Multiselection fits your needs. IMO, I'm sure that a ticket should only belong to one service.
