DynamicField ITSMConfigItemReference removing item

Hi all.

I have had some problems with ITSMConfigItemReference OTRS module. I downloaded the module from https://opar.perl-services.de/dist/Dyna ... Item-5.0.6.

The module basically maps the CMDB devices and displays them in a dynamic field in the agent/customer interface. This part is happening correctly. However, I am having difficulties because, when I am going to open a ticket and select the device, the system selects it and immediately removes it.
Below, selecting the item.. Everything ok..

When you click on the desired item, it is immediately added below the selection field, as in the image:

Now comes the problem Something simply removes the selected item immediately it appears on the screen (half a second)..

I thought it might be something related to javascript. Then I found in this link https://git.kixdesk.com/kix2016/Dynamic ... /htdocs/js a js file that was not present when I installed the module. But it still did not work ..

Can someone who has already used the module help?

That is an external addon, so you should ask for support to the developer, in my opinion.

I also had alot of problems with that module, but it has nice features. Also, cape IT didn't port it to v6 and it has abyssal performance with a lot of links.

I would strongly suggest to think twice whether to use it - esp. when you are just starting with it.

To anyone who is experiencing a similar problem:

I was able to fix the problem using the repository files in https://git.kixdesk.com/kix2016/Dynamic ... ree/master and not the module offered in OPAR. Maybe some file (js, for example) is wrong.
