Hi!

Please I need a help about this:
In the CUSTOMER VIEW I only want to see the agent note and no the email sent notification. ¿How can i do this?

Hi,

There is no configuration setting for this. All articles which a visible for the customer are displayed. Even notifications which are sent to the customer of a ticket are visible there. You should work on your agent's workflow. A note is usually internal, replies and incoming/outgoing phone calls are by default visible for the customer.
