Import SysConfig from OTRS5 into OTRS6

Hello,

is it possible to import the SySConfig from an OTRS5 instance into an OTRS6 instance?

OTRS6 expects the config to be in YAML-Format, OTRS5 only exports Perl-Syntax-SysConfig.
I want to upgrade to a separate OTRS6 instance.

Hi,

upgrade the system itself, then it should be possible.
