Hi,
Sometimes I cannot enter a ticket note straight away for various reasons, and it may take a day or two until I have the chance to update the ticket.
OTRS seems to only record the date when the entry is made, and it doesn't offer to input the date when the activity actually took place.
I tried Ticket dynamic fields but that seems to be linked to the ticket itself and not to a particular note within the ticket, therefore useless.
There are no Note dynamic fields.
I routinely work with a number of other ticketing systems (Autotask, ConnectWise, ...) and they all allow me to select the date when the activity took place, regardless of the date when the ticket is updated.
Is there a similar functionality in OTRS?
Thanks.

Thanks skullz, that worked a treat. I didn't make the link between Note" and "Article".
