Change Default E-Mail delivery

Hello,

when there is an edit to a Ticket, to the operator and Client we received this Default E-Mail by the system:

Hi Michele,

the locked ticket [Ticket#2019092310000021] received a follow-up.

etc. etc.

It's possible to change it somehow?
