Queries in OTRS Customer Information

Dear Team,

we need your suggestion to enable the below points

1. Customer Information in Ticket creation screen and Ticket Zoom view - Currently customer information is populating depends upon the customer user. Here our requirement is that the customer information need to be populated by using Customer ID.

We have removed the customer id readonly in ticket creation screen (New email, New Phone ticket) due to assign the customer id for unknown users (unregistered Users). So in this scenario Customer information in not getting displayed while changing the customer id in ticket creation screen.

Kindly let us know the possibilities to achieve the same.

Hi,

We need more details for sure. What's your CustomerUser and CustomerCompany configuration? Provide example data set for each, what's the current state of ticket information, what's the goal.
