GenericAgent - select tickets by filled Dynamic Fields?

Hi,

I am looking for a solution to select tickets by filled Dynamic Fields within the GenericAgent. Or better a solution to empty Dynamic Fields with the GenericAgent.

My Problem so far... I have several dynamic fields that need to be nulled (or at least overwritten by a standard text) after a specific period of time. I can use the GA to find the tickets by time and overwrite the fields but that way all fields (filled or empty) get the text. It works, but is not nice to see.

Is it possible to select tickets only if a specific field is filled? Or is it possible to empty fields with the GA?
