Send to multiple addresses an e-mail from OTRS

Hello,

I am using OTRS Version: 6.0.23

I have this problem:

I've to send an e-mail to multiple addresses (eg 30-40). Menu -> Ticket -> New Ticket from e-mail. I insert a list of e-mail addresses separeted by , or ;

After the ticket is succesfully created the system put it on the queue in order to send it. After some minutes an error raise up (see attached image). From my side all e-mail inserted are valid and correct. I've tryed to use , or ; with the same results

There's a way to send to multiple addresses an e-mail from OTRS?

Insert every single address one by one should work.

yes, it works also inserting one by one. But I'm expecting to insert multiple address at the same time like google mail or outlook. If I've 40 or more e-mail, from my side it's not acceptable to manually insert it one by one.

Do you have other suggestions?

Hi,
It's a ticket system and not an e-mail client. I don't know - and can't imagine - the use case why to add so many recipients.

Maybe you should consider customization/custom development.
