Hello,
I am using OTRS Version: 6.0.23
There's a standard way to track the "customer satisfaction"? I mean give the possibility to the customer (that receive the ticket) to answer at some questions in order to evaluate if the agent and the service/s provided works as expected.
I'm expect that the evaluation form already contain the ticket ID and some further OTRS information (without asking the customer to fill some further data)
I've finded out a service https://www.customerthermometer.com/ but seems too general and could be achived more or less using Microsoft Forms.
Any experience about?
