[Solved] Can't see sub-queue in Ticket Queue View

Dear everyone,

I am configuring the Queues in my OTRS 6.
I found that I can't view my sub-queue even I reviewed my setting, can anyone help me? Thanks :(

There are 4 queues, one SEC queue and three sub-queues follow by that.

The settings for SEC and SEC::SEC Report Archive

I am the agent belong to SEC, SEC::SMSS/MSS and SEC::Superior group.
But turn out I can't see the SEC::SEC Report Archive in the ticket Queue View

However, there are tickets in the SEC::SEC Report Archive queue

I have no idea what's wrong as it should be shown with the SEC queue as I belong to SEC group.
Can anyone help me with that? Thank you for your time. :D

Any chance that state '*Reviewed* is closed state type?

Hi skullz,

oh yes :) I just figured out that the closed ticket can't be viewed in the Queue View.
Is there any chance for me to enable the view of the closed ticket in Queue view?
