I am configuring the Queues in my OTRS 6.
I found that I can't view my sub-queue even I reviewed my setting, can anyone help me? Thanks

There are 4 queues, one SEC queue and three sub-queues follow by that.

The settings for SEC and SEC::SEC Report Archive


I am the agent belong to SEC, SEC::SMSS/MSS and SEC::Superior group.
But turn out I can't see the SEC::SEC Report Archive in the ticket Queue View

However, there are tickets in the SEC::SEC Report Archive queue

I have no idea what's wrong as it should be shown with the SEC queue as I belong to SEC group.
Can anyone help me with that? Thank you for your time.
