Prefill article value with last article typed by the same user

Dear all,

My process flow is like this, the users create a report with an article first, then pass to the superior to verify.
If the superior denies, the ticket pass back to the user to make amendments.

However, I find that whenever the ticket passes back to the users after denied, the article inputting field will be clear while all dynamic fields remain.
Users need to copy and paste the article in the article overview to retrieve the last article he typed in.
Is there any way for me to prefill the article input field with what the user last typed in?

Article is communication in the ticket..
as for now, no way to copy the contents of 1st article -> paste the content to next article and allowing the user modify the article.

why not using Dynamic Field instead ? that way it can be edit by user

Thank you for your reply, I have also considered using Dynamic Field for text input.
However, the main problem is that it does not provide richtext editor in Dynamic Field.
Is there any way for me to load richtext editor in text or textarea Dynamic Field?
