Hey Guys,
In the Notification Methods under Ticket Notification, I add an external email to Additional recipient email addresses. The email sent successfully but the article overview shows the content of email notification as follow. Is there any way that I can hide it?? Thanks for your help

Even though I unchecked the Article visible for customer, the article still exists. Any suggestion for the issue?? I would appreciate your help. Thx
