Hello,
I could not find in th forum whether would be possible to modify the lists of tickets within the Customer Information on the right side while opening a PhoneTicket.
We have a button "Open tickets" but i would like to know the possibility to add otther button for Closed tickets or modify that button to search Open and Closed tickets. Any option in the Sysconfig?
