Hi All,
Our OTRS 5s Free is not accessible on any browser and we keep getting the error message Browser Warning
"The browser you are using is too old. OTRS runs with a huge list of browsers, please upgrade to one of these. Please see the documentation or ask your admin for further information."
Attached is a copy of the page we are getting.
We have been able to find this thread viewtopic.php?t=33378 which is about OTRS 4 which suggests that it is a cache/session issue due to lack of free space but the reference script doesn't exist in OTRS 5. However, we were able to find the commands below in the manual
shell> /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Session::DeleteAll
shell> /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Maint::Cache::Delete
Are the above two commands all we need to run or do we need to carry out some other steps. Similarly, to what was in the thread above where it states that the issue is related to disk space which we have resolved but we are still encountering the same issue even after rebooting the server.
I will really appreciate your help and advice from this forum.

Looks like the Javascript is not loaded properly. Any last changes on your system like a patch level update? What is your exact version?

We have not made any changes and we think it may have been caused by lack of free space and the exact version is 5.0.23.
