Corrupt attachment

Hello,

I have a problem with the attachments, when I receive a ticket by email, I manage to open the attachment, but when I want to transfer it or else reply with another attachment, the latter becomes corrupted (whether PDF, Excel, Word or image).

I feel like I have an attachment encryption problem.

However I have other OTRS applications which are below version 5.0.37 and the sending of attachments works correctly.

Can it come from this sub version?

Hello Mehdi,

That might very well be possible. OTRS, as most software, always adds bugs on new patches.
I'd give upgrading a try, which should not take too much time and will also increase the security of the system.
