Reply to an email using OTRS API

Hello All

I need to reply to an email through an HTTP request using Generic Interface.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to the admin side, so I don't know how the Generic Interface web service is implemented in my case. I have read official documentation:

and studied solutions in different APIs, like this for example:

and was still unable to figure out how to achieve this.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Sending E-Mails via API is possible since OTRS 7 out of the box, for the community edition additional packages are needed.
