[Solved] ITSM Features Not Appearing

Post by orieporter »

Hi,
I've just done a fresh install of 6.0.30 on CentOS 7. Things seem to be working okay except for the ITSM module. I couldn't install it via package manager in the GUI so I did it via command line. Now it shows installed and verified under package manager but none of the new features are there in the GUI. I also uninstalled via the GUI and reinstalled via the GUI. I believe I wasn't able to install via GUI the first time because cloud.otrs.com was down and it couldn't verify the package.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Orie,

I would guess you missed the assignment of the groups.

Hi Roy,
Thanks for answering. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "assignment of the groups" but my guess is that is a step I haven't gotten to yet. I am expecting to see new menu items in the Navigation Bar (ConfigItem, Service, Change) as mentioned in section three here but these items are not appearing.

Hi Orie,

Please check in the administration area the "Agents <> Groups" configuration and assign the itsm-* groups to your user.

Hi,

You can edit your initial post and put [SOLVED] at the beginning of the subject.
