Queues and tickets problems

Hello,

I use OTRS 6 and I experience some trouble while selecting queue and creating a ticket. Next to the ticket information I need the date of queue reflected, e.g. queue - agreement and while creating a ticket I want to see in the ticket information: the time of validity of the agreement. Could you please let me know how can I do it? Thanks in advance for rapid replies.

I don't get what you want to achieve. Can you describe more detailed what the result should be. What dates do you mean? In which screen should the dates be added? Where?

I am talking about the situation when I try to create a new ticket and try to assign the queue I need to see the date which I could enter manually in. For instance, I have a client list (queue) and I want to assign a date for each of the clients manually. I need all this information in the created ticket information.

Which date? Can you share a screenshot? In a stock OTRS there's only the "wait until" date you can set in the "new ticket" screens. But that has nothing to do with queues.
