Ticket reminders/updates sent repeatedly, even ticket was closed previously

Dear Team,

Please for advise.
We have OTRS 6 CE, running on Linux. Recently we had to move the installation on other server in another data center, again on Linux.
All is working fine, but I noticed the following "issue".

On some tickets, which were closed last month (state type closed) I still receive notification for update/state/pending time etc.
(example Locked Ticket Pending Reminder Time Reached).

Other agents are also facing this.

Can you advice me for any possible reason ?

shut down the original server (it seems that both installations are running)

The original server is not running. I personally powered off the server last month after the migration.

check again.

If it is really powered off and no other copy of the system is running please check the history of the mentioned tickets. If there is no entry of the sent reminder, go back to step 1.

If there is an entry, a further analysis is needed

There was another copy running. We found it by chance... Nobody knew about it )))
I will monitor closely the following weeks, just in case
