Hi I am testing using OTRS community edition and im having trouble with one particular setup. I have created a customer and linked all related groups/queues and services, however i wish to have the service in itself visible for the CustomerOverview page.
Can someone assist me?

You will have to add the column to the template.
Kernel/Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/CustomerTicketOverview.tt
You should make a copy in
Custom/Kernel/Output/HTML/Templates/Standard/CustomerTicketOverview.tt
then modify it.
