We are planning to migrate from ArticleStorageDB to ArticleStorageFS and have a question: is it the only recommended way to avoid permission problems is to run Apache web server under otrs user? Is it safe? Do we need any additional actions to make it safer? Thanks
Update: changed the primary group for otrs user from ortrs to www-data
