I need help with the config for states, groups and Queues. Configuration for special states ( new or Open) for especific group or especifics queues.

Please Help me!!!

I suggest to hire a consultant or get a training
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
