Sehr geehrte Community,
ich arbeite seit mehr als sechs Jahren mit einem über acht Jahre alten otrs-Server, welchen ich gerne durch einen neuen znuny ersetzen möchte.
Die Probleme drehen sich auschließlich um die Mail-Konfiguration (senden geht nicht bzw. kommt nichts an)
ich habe das System samt Ubuntu nun schon einige Male neu aufgesetzt (immer nach der Installationsanleitung für znuny 7 unter Debian/Ubuntu) und es hakt immer an der gleichen Stelle "Allgemeine Einstellungen und E-Mail-Einstellungen" es geht um Standard Mailservereinstellungen wie in jedem Mailprogramm und egal ob ich smtp smtps oder tls auswähle ich bekomme immer die Fehlermeldung:
Znuny hat mögliche Netzwerkprobleme entdeckt. Sie können entweder versuchen die Seite manuell erneut zu laden oder Sie warten bis ihr Browser die Verbindung wiederhergestellt hat.
Nur bei Sendmail bekomme ich die Meldung:
Fehler in der Mail-Konfiguration. Bitte korrigieren und nochmals probieren.
Der einzige Weg die Installation abzuschließen ist den Schritt zu überspringen. Im Anschluss funktioniert dann alles (mail fetching, Ticketerstellung, autoantworten usw.) nur das keine Mails rausgehen.
Ich denke es sollte doch möglich sein die Installation irgendwie ordentlich abzuschließen, wenn ich auschließlich nach Anleitung gehe..
Die Mailadresse ist bei 1und1 gehostet. Hilfe!

als der erste Fehler deutet auf eine fehlerhafte Konfiguration des Webservers hin. Nutzt das das scripts/apache2-httpd.include.conf im Original und unverändert?
Beim der zweiten Fehler lohnt evtl. ein Blick in error_log des Webserves. Steht das was drin?

Wenn ich es richtig sehe klappt kein Sendevorgang weil znuny@localhost die Rechte fehlen..
Was man ja mit Schritt 6 der Anleitung eigentlich festlegt.. dachte ich..

Das mpm_event Module ist falsch. Siehe https://doc.znuny.org/znuny/releases/in ... figuration

Was heißt "Das mpm_event Module ist falsch." ?
In Schritt 7 (a2dismod mpm_event) wird es deaktiviert und mehr mache ich doch damit nicht oder?
Und in Schritt 3 und 6 erfolgt die Rechtevergabe bzw. Festlegung für Passwort usw.
Und die Verbindung zur Datenbank funktioniert ja beim Test.
Hab jetzt mehr als 15x neu installiert samt ubuntu und folge nur den Schritten. Ich bezweifle, dass ich jedes mal einen Fehler bei copy and paste mache..
Kennt jemand einen Lösungsansatz oder hat ne Idee?
