Our company is planning to decommission OTRS 6. As a part of the process, we want to make all the agents RO permissions.
However, when i try to give RO permissions, the user cannot see any Queue.
Is it possible to give read-only access to the Queue view too?

Play with the system configuration Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketQueue###ViewAllPossibleTickets and see if this helps.
