Transition Action ArticleSend with Attachment

Hello,
I have a difficult task. I want to automatically send an E-Mail as transition action. So far so good, this works fine. Now I want to add a file via some dynamic field so I can send this file as attachment for the article to be sent. Is there a way to do this? For every process ticket, this will be a different file.

this require further development..
alternatively, if the attachment is a fixed document (pre-upload), you can use Admin > Attachment.

In process management transition action (ArticleSend), use the attachment name.

No, unfortunately it is not fixed. For every ticket there might be a different PDF to attach.

AFAIK there is unfortunately no dynamic field type attachment in Znuny, and there is no extension to this.

I'm sorry, the two available options I know are only for support customers. One of them is a dynamic field, and the other one generates PDFs on the fly, also within a TransitionAction when sending an email. I do not know of free available add-ons with a similar function.
