Hi,

With this information provided, there is only one thing to help: use the correct credentials.

Hi Root,

Thank you for your reply.
Where should I check the user or credentials?
I am clueless on where to check or find the user.

Hi,

The credentials are part of the request that is made. Depending on the log level of the web service, they also appear in the web service's debug log.
