Customer Interaction after ticket creation

Hi,
imagine a customer creates a ticket and later should check a checkbox once he is happy with something (without immediately having to close the ticket).
I tried adding the checkbox to CustomerTicketZoom and adjustet all ACL but with no luck. Can this only be done with process management?
