Reports

Hello everybody,
I have got process tickets in one of my queues. I want to create reports based on the Acitivity the tickets are currently in.
I have for example a state repaired and a state dead (and many more). Now I want to create a report with all the ticket states (x-axis) over the number of tickets in the appropriate state (y-axis). I do not see the acitivity ID field in the selection of the reports.
Second thing I want to do is to not show the activity IDs but the names of the states.
Third thing I need is a report showing the number of tickets that were put into a specific state e.g. today or yesterday.
