Currently I am working on OTRS and having a query in this regard...
I want every communication between customers and agents should be forwarded to an external email account(preferable exchange server)...
Please help me...

Config Options: Framework -> Core::Sendmail
SendmailBcc:
Send all outgoing email via bcc to the specified address. Please use this only for backup reasons.
Or, if you have journaling turned on within Exchange and you're using Exchange as both the recipient and the SMTP server, you probably can accomplish this via journal account. I'd use something like MailArchiva to siphon the Journal Account.
Or, use something like ASSP to both spam filter your tickets as well as forward good communication to your exchange email box.

OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
