hi all,
i am not able to send the notification to agent for new ticket created.although my setting seems to be alrite and while checking log i find that notification have been sent to the agent email-id,but there is not notification in the agent mail id,
don't know where i stucked, pls help me out.

check if u have highlighted the queues you want to get notifications from at the preferences. to select them u highlight then click on update, every time you go back to the preferences the selected queues will be highlighted.

Hi,
check also if a firewall may be blocking messages. Notifications do not have a envelope header by default. This p's off some security boxes.
