Hello,
As I wanted to put the databases from a post to the other one, I have to copy the files OTRS and MYSQL of the one to the other one. On the precedent, I could create tickets, but not on the new post. I have the following error message :

Hi,
I am a little lost. Did you migrate? If so, were the target and old system the save version of the windows installer, or did you upgrade along the way. What exactly is happening when you do something, and what are you doing? Please provide a logfile via paste bin for example. Thanks.

Hello,
The migration was well made. I protected the ancient files OTRS and MYSQL by reappointing them before putting those of the other computer.
I redid a test this morning and everything works well. There, me doesn't understand why but while waiting for to clear up why of how, I join the file log, in the case or. I remember myself no more than precise date of the migration but it is in June.

You seem to have altered the ticket states in a non-appropriate way. This blocks the creation of new tickets...

All right, I had to make an error of parameter setting but to solve the problem, how do I have to make?
