edit actions that can be done with the ticket on ticket zoom

i want to remove some of the actions that can be done with the ticket on ticket zoom i.e ( Back - Unlock - History - Print - Priority - Free Fields - Link - Owner - Customer - Note - Merge - Pending - Close) i want to remove ( Priority - Free Fields - Link and merge ).

cant find this in the dtl files and don't know how to find them in sysconfig
any ideas?
any help greatly appreciated

Hi,
you can do this in Sysconfig : Frontend::Agent::Ticket::MenuModule
Just deactivate the things you want to hide.

i want to add another link resolved that should set the tickets status to resolved. do you know how i can go about that?

Another option would be to use ACLs for much more granular manipulation. See http://faq.otrs.org/otrs/public.pl?Acti ... &ItemID=68 for details.
