Hi all,
I'm trying to install OTRS on my dedicated LINUX server with Cpanel. I followed the 3.2. Installation from source (Linux, Unix) up to the 3rd step where I need to configure apache. however cpanel has different procedure.
The current example has redirection in it and I'm not sure how I can apply that in cpanel environment!
Your input is greatly appreciated.

I hesitate to answer because I don't know your limitations with your provider's implementation with cpanel. You don't *necessarily* have to install the redirect part (if you're talking about how /otrs-web goes to /otrs/index.pl .. that's not so important. The ScriptAlias is a bit more important. ). check out http://forums.cpanel.net/f5/otrs-61398.html (2006, but seems relevant).
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.
