OTRS Default port 80 not working

Installed OTRS on a Windows box. Able to get to it fine locally but want to access it from the web. When I go to my sub web address which is pointing to the windows box it hits the apache server that was installed by OTRS but displays the page "It Works" not the OTRS page. Am I missing something as I thought OTRS ran on port 80 or 443 depending on your installation. Looked through the manual but nothing much on ports. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The Apache default web page "It works" can be found in:

C:\otrs\apache\htdocs\index.html

You can modify it so that there is a link or a auto-refresh to to OTRS customer or agent home page.
