Hi
Some agents are closing the tickets without resolving it.So ,i want to add a addtitional srate to the agent interface like resoloved.
If customer see and approves the ticket then it should be closed by the agent .Can i do it?How where i have to do the changes in SYS config or in Coding or In database? Plz someone give solution to this problem ?
