can i make a queue which is invisible to customers

Hi

I want create a queue which is to be invisible to customers.How can i make such a queue. Please some one guide me.It is very urgent and important for me.

Hi Rani,

Please make sure the permission group you use for the customers is not the same as the group for the queue. You might also want to look here:
