I have an event set up with the following specs...
Recipient: Customer
Event: ArticleCreate
Queue: Tech Support
Article Type: note-external
Include Attachments: NO
For some reason when an agent sends back a responses via email the system generates an email to send to the customer (good) and also generates a message to let the user know that the ticket has been updated (BAD).  I would expect this behavior if I ALSO selected "email-external" or "email-notification-ext" in the article type area.  But in my case the ONLY thing I selected there was "note-external".  Any ideas why it would be sending the notice anyway?
