In Customers, when i a create a ticket for a particular queue. The owner of the queue when the state is new it is admin but when the ticket is closed then the owner of the queue had been seen. i want to display the queue owner name instead of admin .How can it be done?Please guide me?
Ticket# Age Subject State Queue Owner
2200010101 13days test mail new Facilities ( admin) ------->In this place i want to display queue owner name
2220000011 14days testmail2 Closedsuccessful Misc Rama

AFAIK this can´t be done.
A new ticket will always belong to 'system' or whatever user you have with id 1. Just as soon as a ticket is touched by some agent this user will be displayed.
This even makes sense, since it shows that no one has done anything with this ticket.
