Hi All,
Rather than creating queues for each agent/ owner, is there any other way each agent can see the work list which has been assigned to their owner id? As it stands there doesn’t seem to be a method to do this.
BTW: OTRS is brill!

Thanks for the prompt reply 'jojo' but my tickets dont automatically lock when the owner is changed, the tickets need to be manually locked. is there a setting for this?

the default setting is, that a ticket will be locked on submitting an owner..
