unable to receive email notification on New ticket added

Hi,

We are unable to receive email notification on New ticket added by customer.

We are able to receive notification if we use the customer login credentials from our network but the same is not working for any client.

Please advise.

the receivers needs to set "My Queues" and "New ticket notification" in their preferences.

You'll see in the history of the ticket who received a notification.
