Hi all,
I am new to OTRS and I am struggling to add make some changes that I need. I have installed 3.0 beta1 and upgraded to beta2.
I need to connect multible companies to one CustomerID. I get the message "Duplicate entry".
I understand that I may need to add a new table to make this relation work but as I am new to OTRS I don't want to mess things up.
I would appreciate any assistance on this.
