Hi, does anyone know if it is possible to add custom fields to OTRS?
I would like to add; 
# Call Type (hardware, software...)
# Department
# Location
This is purely for reporting reasons. 
Any thought is well appreciated.

You may define up to 16 Freefields, either as dropdown or freetext fields - plus a so called ticket type.
