anyone can help me to get the data flow diagrams and detailed design of OTRS system.

Did you find http://dev.otrs.org/ ? Beyond that there's not much to find. Fortunately the source code is pretty much 'readable', so it's possible to get behind it.

I found that in creating my own packages (opm) as shown in the developer's handbook I got a good idea of how the system works.
