Hi all,
After setting a new installation of OTRS2 2.4.7 in a Debian Squeeze box, I am not able to make new ticket creation from email work. The very first time I tried worked fine, but after making changes to the system in order to configure properly an account for sending emails, now this part (sending email) works but every single mail is thrown to otrs/var/spool as a problem-email
¿Any idea where to look? Thanks in advance,

any hints from the system log of OTRS?
OTRS 6.0.x (private/testing/public) on Linux with MySQL database.

Incredibly I have resolved the issue. The problem seems to be that I changed to spanish the ticket status names without changing the config.pm file so the default status was "nuevo" and not "new".
I have changed back the name and now all mails are fetched properly and the new tickets created.

That certainly will do it. Others who have changed Priority have encountered the same thing.

I am now trying to make autoresponses work properly, but at least I am feeding the system by email properly that was my first priority
