I am trying to add a new registration field for customers on the new beta install of OTRS 3.
I have tried to follow the guide for 2.4 to see if it works but no luck. has anyone done this yet with 3.0?

nevermind got it to work, had a syntax error.
Now while on this subject is there any way to add categories when customer submits a ticket. Such as printer, email issue or pc issue.
i did not see this anywhere in documentation but seems like a very standard feature.
