OTRS PostMasterX-Headers

Hi all,

I would like to ask a question.

If I use a webform and create inquiry emails to OTRS system, and I add in additional information into the Email headers such as 'X-OTRS-TicketValue1' = sometext;
Will OTRS be able to flag out these messages through the PostMaster Filter rules for example-
match Header1: 'X-OTRS-TicketValue1' Value:sometext
set Header1: 'X-OTRS-CustomerNo' Value:[***]

Is this possible?

Yes. I believe, pretty much exactly how you suggested. But it costs nothing to try it and it wouldn't break anything if it didn't work.
