I've created new customer:
"http://localhost/otrs/customer.pl" and click "Sign up now." link.
After that this customer created new ticket but after that tickets are not show in customer "My tickets" list.
But in Agent interface I can see that ticket.
What's wrong?
This problem present even in "http://customer.otrs.org/otrs/customer.pl"
My OTRS version is 3.0 beta3

We had this problem before. Our issue was because the customer don't have access to view ticket on a particular queue. So as soon as I give customer access to the queue they can see their tickets.
