ITSM ConfigItem configuration

Hey,

In creating CI's there is the field 'Owner' which can be linked to Customer's, but the CI's I am creating are for internal staff and therefore would like to assign to internal staff to particular CI's (eg. laptop/computer etc)

In the CI configuration area, I can change the type from 'Customer' to 'Agent' but it blanks out the area when creating a new CI... What would be the correct type to make it so I can select Agents instead of Customers?
